I met Juan in his office, spent 100 depleted uranium to purchase the silenced nail gun El Susurro. Afterwards, I met Clara at the command center to officially join Libertad. After reviewing the war map and receiving Juan's cryptic warnings on the shore, I completed "The Guerilla" operation.
I needed to fight for Yara, following Juan's instructions to meet him at his office on the shore of Libertad Island so we could burn down Castillo's regime. Upon entering his well-decorated office, I found Juan drinking while waiting for me.
Juan declared it was time for a superhero team-up, combining his arsenal with my skills. He explained that bringing him depleted uranium from anti-aircraft sites would unlock advanced Supremos and Resolver weapons.
I browsed Juan's inventory to see what was available. There, I spent 100 depleted uranium to purchase El Susurro, a stealth weapon that rapidly fires silent nail rounds.
Satisfied with the new gear, I left Juan behind and headed toward the command center to meet Clara and officially join Libertad.
Clara was speaking to her fighters when I arrived, welcoming Dani into the fold before outlining her vision to liberate Yara.
Pointing to a strategic map, she explained that Castillo controlled the military, labor, and resources, with the capital of Esperanza acting as his primary stronghold.
To weaken his hold, Libertad needed to strike FND bases and checkpoints, disrupting supply lines to trap Castillo. She emphasized forming alliances across different regions, pointing toward key targets and potential allies, including a faction located on a neighboring landmass.
She advised starting in Madrugada by locating a mechanic named Philly, who could help win over a prominent local family.
After Clara finished explaining the grand plan, Juan reappeared and asked Dani to walk with him down to the shore.
Along the way, Juan noted that despite Clara's dedication to the cause, she could not hide her wealthy upbringing, coming from an elite Yaran family she had left behind.
He pointed out that Dani was an orphan from poverty, implying that Clara was using Dani for the revolution.
Juan assured Dani that his secret was safe with him while offering his own brand of motivation.
Completing the conversation marked the end of "The Guerilla" operation, opening up multiple quest lines to contact the Monteros, the Legends, or Maximas Matanzas along with more across the region.
How about we continue in another post?
