This was an exploration in oil brushes available with Adobe Fresco. Started out as a random mark and then as I worked on it without a particular destination in mind this came through. I really like the texture that the digital oils produced - that thickness of the paint , the marks.
Maybe someone went out on the water and left that flag as a marking point so that they know where to land or maybe some group of young ones marked their conquered territory in a game.. who knows?
