I love drinking tea. For some years in between I got distracted by coffee especially the cuban cafe - you know the one's that are all coffee and sugar and needs to be drunk out of a small glass and if you have too many of them .... woooooo...
Now I am back to tea and making it right requires a lot of effort...tea in the sense , tea leaves without additives ..no bergamot ... no nothing ,.. pure tea and bliss...
Japanese tea drinking is the prettiest that I have seen ( erhm... I think it is my partiality towards the kimono's and the pretty cups) but nevertheless it is pretty :)
