El payaso que rie = The clown that laughs
Hello readers and artists of this beautiful community. Today we will make a different type of drawing, which will be a clown with an evil or macabre touch.
Hola lectores y artistas de esta comunidad tan bonita. Hoy haremos un tipo de dibujo distinto, el cual sera un payaso con un toque malvado o macabro.
Materials.
Prism colors with the tones: black, orange, gray, light blue, dark blue, purple, yellow.
Watercolors shades: Black, white and ivory.
School cardboard.
4B pencil and rubber eraser.
Materiales.
Colores prisma color con las tonalidad: negro, naranja, gris, azul claro, azul oscuro, morado, amarillo.
Acuarelas tonalidades: Negro, blanco y marfil.
Cartulina escolar.
Lapiz 4B y borra de goma.
In this case, I started by erasing the clown, exaggerating the mouth and the signs, making wrinkles. So I do not get lost. I marked the darkest parts with shadows but, giving my personal touch, I did not want to put a chin on it and make continuous lines down.
En este caso empece haciendo el borro del payaso, exagere la boca y las señas, haciendo arrugas. Para no perderme. marque con sombras las partes mas oscuras pero, dando mi toque personal no queria ponerle menton y realice linas continuas hacia abajo.
When the face is finished, apply black and white watercolor without diluting it in water.
Cuando culmine el rostro coloque acuarela color negro y blanco sin diluirlo en agua.
At this time, I began to incorporate light purple, dark purple and black tones because the paper was heavier, it was easier to complement the shadow with the color prism and the fainter parts with the undiluted watercolors.
En este momento, comencé a incorporar tonos morados claros, morado oscuro y negro debido que el papel era de mayor gramaje era mas fácil complementar la sombra con los prisma color y las partes mas tenues con las acuarelas sin diluir.

A este paso continue dibujando con puros colores prismacolor, y delineando todo lo que seria labios y dando asi profundidad a los ojos pero aun tomando en cuenta lo que seria el menton caido usando azul morado y un poco de negro
As I have outlined lips, I begin to implement color with naranaza, red and black to give depth and that look of skin. All those parts that are skin would be covered by a blue to give that haggard look.
al tener los labios delineados empiezo a implementar color con naranaza, rojo y negro para dar profundidad y ese aspecto de piel. Todas aquellas partes que son piel serian cubiertas por un azulpara dar ese aspecto demacrado.
To finish the face take a sky blue tone, to make the forehead wrinkles continuous to a pastel tone, the part of the cheekbones would have a gradient of black, purple, blue and white. Because each wrinkle I am complementing with the black hue taken from a tube of undiluted watercolor.
Para culminar el rostro tome un tono azul cielo, para hacer las arrugas de la frente continuo a un tono pastel, la parte de los pomulos llevaria un degradado de negro, morado, azul y blanco. Debido a que cada arruga la estoy complementando con la tonalidad negra tomada de un tubo de acuarela sin diluir.
To make the jester's hat, use 4 tools, pastel blue, black, gray and black gouache. I leave the curved parts in white, making a gradient from gray to black. The upper part has some main highlights of color that do not have any gradient.
Para hacer el sombrero del bufon utilice 4 emplementos, azul pastel, negro, gris y guache color negro, las partes curbas las dejo en blanco haciendo un degrade desde gris hasta negro. La parte superior lleva unos brillos principales de color que no lleva ningun degradado.
To finish the drawing, I would miss the other part of the cap where it can be compared that here it does not implement so many brightness, the only ones that are detailed to see are those of the curves and the crown of the head; Due to a blurring of white, blue, gray and black, and for those parts with more shadows I put gouaches with more black.
Para culminar el dibujo, me faltaria la otra parte del gorro donde se puede comparar que aqui no implemente tantos brillos, los unicos que se detallan a ver son los de las curbas y la copa de la cabeza; Debido a una difuminacion de blanco, azul, gris y negro, y para aquellas partes con mas sombras pongo guaches con mas negro.
Our clown is missing two sizes. One that would be the two bells and two the artistic signature. The last colorful touches are a degradation from orange to yellow, giving it shine as if they were real bells
A nuestro payaso les faltan dos de talles. Uno que serian las dos campanas y dos la firma artistica. Los ultimos toques coloridos son una degradacion de naranja a amarillo, dandole brillo cómo si fueran unas campanas reales
