Today I played almost 4 hours to reach higher leagues because the higher my league is the more reward cards I'll get at the end of the season. I used two of my favorite teams water and life team. I already upgraded them to 2-3 levels and because of this l easily moved to the gold league and now I'm in silver league because of the season reset.
