Souls - watercolor on paper

It is difficult to represent a landscape without falling into banality. I have looked inside many times, looked at landscapes thousands of times with different weather times and different light. But the content of a landscape that is lost on the horizon is often found within you, it digs into you and then resurfaces powerfully. That is why I always try to interpret a landscape subject, I shape it within my sensitivity, with my state of mind, as if it were part of my heart alternating with my soul. I don't like to dwell much on the details of a tree or a meadow, what I feel most is the atmosphere of the countryside, strong feelings that I borrow through shapes and colors.

I felt the strength and movement of the souls of bare trees, a sky swollen with color and the delicacy of the water below.

Anime - acquarello su carta

E' difficile rappresentare un paesaggio senza cadere nella banalità. Mi sono guardato dentro molte volte, ho guardato migliaia di volte i paesaggi con tempi meteorologico diversi e luce differente. Ma il contenuto di un paesaggio che si perde all'orizzonte spesso lo trovi dentro di te, ti scava dentro per poi riemergere con forza. Per questo motivo cerco sempre di interpretare un soggetto paesaggistico, lo plasmo dentro la mia sensibilità, con il mio stato d'animo, come se fosse parte del mio cuore che si alterna alla mia anima. Non mi piace soffermarmi molto sui particolari di un albero o di un prato, quello che sento di più è l'atmosfera della campagna, sensazioni forti che mutuo attraverso le forme ed i colori.

Ho sentito la forza e il movimento delle anime di alberi spogli, un cielo gonfio di colori e la delicatezza dell'acqua sottostante.

Un abbraccio tra cuore e anima.
