The Bible is often called "Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth," serving as a divine guide for our lives. As Christians, our lives should reflect the teachings of the Holy Scriptures and, most importantly, Christ Himself. The Bible describes Christ as “the image of the invisible God” (Colossians 1:15), meaning He is the perfect representation of God’s character, love, and righteousness.
Just as a reflection in a mirror captures an image, our lives should mirror Christ’s nature—His compassion, truth, and holiness. James 1:23-25 compares the Word of God to a mirror: those who hear the Word but do not live by it are like people who see their reflection but immediately forget what they look like. However, those who continue in the Word and live it out are truly blessed.
This might be an entry for a contest, but more importantly, I hope this message reminds you that Jesus Christ loves you deeply. Let your life be a reflection of His love, grace, and truth. Keep shining His light!
