In this chapter I will share a very easy solution to a great problem. Many people are not able to perform or show their potential to the world because they are not appreciated by their close ones. For example if someone have a very good hand at painting and makes beautiful pieces of art and shows it to his friend but his friend who has got no idea about how good the painting is mocks it. This event is sure to hurt the painter who will now not even nominate the painting in the school art fare even though there could have been chances of the painting getting the first prize. If one’s work is appreciated by his friends or family he/she is greatly motivated. One will surely love it, get motivated and start doing it with a greater enthusiasm. Now if we are doing something good how will the people get to know? The people can only appreciate our work if they know what we are doing and theyll only come to know when we tell them. So now whether youll be motivated or not motivated boils down to the point that how we convey our thoughts. In this era when everyone wants to convey his thoughts everyone wants to speak.
So to make sure that your voice is heard you must be loud and clear. The way to be an active part of the discussion or to be the leader is not to speak more or be a constant speaker. The key to it is speaking sense and being loud and clear.
By speaking loudly I don’t mean that we need to shout. What I mean by speaking loudly is that our voice should have some gravity. Our voice should be strong enough to convey the message we really want to. People get convinced not only by words but also the tone with which the words are said. Speaking loudly and clearly presents you as a person who is very confident about what he talks and this confidence will drive you to great heights.
