Yes! We all know that love exists!
Love has various forms, it exists for your family and friends differently. Love is a kind of friendship that has caught fire. Love is another form of sincerity, understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving.
Love can also be described as "loyalty" through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses.
I would like to share a story my friend recently emailed me which made me wonder if someone could love me that real?
Life is incomplete without love and love is incomplete without having someone loyal and sincere towards you.
THE STORY
This story is described by a person who works at a barber shop. He shared a story of an old man who came there for a haircut and told his life story to that manwho worked there. The old man story melted the workers heart so deep and I hope it will effect yours as well.
So let's begin the story described in the words of a man who worked at that shop.
Once upon a time, an old man walked into a barbers shop where I worked. He came directly to the counter and quickly asked me;
" How long is the wait for a haircut?"
"It should only be 10 minutes or so!" I told him!
He smiled and replied;
" OK, if it's only 10 minutes, I can wait. I have an important meeting to get so I can't wait any longer though."
He took his seat and waited patiently.
About 15 minutes later, I was done with the person I was working on so I called him over and apologized for being late than the mentioned time and asked regarding the meeting he mentioned earlier.
" I am going to have a dinner with my wife today!" He replied.
" Oh nice! Where are you taking her. I hope she doesn't mind I made you a few minutes late." I apologized again.
" Actually, she lives in a nursing home and I have dinner with her every night. She has Alzheimer's and hasn't remembered who I was from past 3 years now." He explained in a soft voice.
I was so surprised by the loyalty of this man that out of curiosity I asked if his wife had a clue about him but the answer was a NO.
He further added;
" My wife doesn't remember who I am but I know who she is and she is my Wife. I remember the times we shared and the life we had spent together. "
I got GOOSEBUMPS upon the loyalty and love of this man towards his wife and was left speechless by the sincerest emotions of that man.
So in order to conclude...
I must add a few lines that the best love is the kind that awakens tha soul, make you forget the world and brings peace to your mind and sparkle in your eyes. Love is not just a feeling it's an emotion that is priceless.
