This was shot with the Pentax K-x and a vintage piece of glass. I used a Super-Danubia 80-205mm 1:4.5, and I think this shot was taken at 200mm and f/22. Although this particular lens is rather obscure, this sort of 1980s telephoto is quite common and can often be had cheaply. I've had a hard time getting sharp images out of the lens, but I think that can be chalked up to the difficulty in manual focusing through a viewfinder. For this shot, the camera was on a tripod, the lens was stopped down to f/22, and I focused using live view zoomed in. And the photo is acceptably sharp.
