I've been lifting weights since 3 years ago, and it takes time to reach your goal but if you believe in yourself and you have a vision of were you want to be, then you start working hard every day, because Rome wasn't built in a day, it took years and years to make what they wanted. I'm not where i want to yet but I know that some day I will be where's I dreamed of. And I want to help, support and inspire people to make there dreams come true. Never give up.
