Ominous Preparedness at the Doctor Office?

I had to take this photo while at my doctor today. Sitting in the waiting room I look over and see this!

I took a great risk capturing this shot to share... They are terribly strict at the clinic, and do not allow patients on their phones at all while in the building! (what are they hiding?!!) Apologies for the quality, it was the best I could do without being spotted and severely reprimanded by Nurse Ratchett!

Is is an ominous sign of dangerous conditions- they placed the wheelchair there because they are counting on a fall from the ladder! Or is it there just in case of a fall from the ladder?

Either way it is captured forever on Planet Steemit ;)
