This afternoon, the weather is very sunny. Coupled with a fairly solid activity, it makes me want to calm my mind and thirst with something fresh, namely young coconut. Incidentally, this young coconut thrives in the garden in the front yard of the house I live in and soon I will just take some fruit.
By the way, young coconut, is a plant that is very easy to grow in areas that are not cold because this plant does not like humid places.
Young coconut is a fruit that is very nutritious and rich in benefits. One of them the shell (skin) of this coconut can be used as handicrafts or can also be used as a medium for burning (charcoal) when it is dry, because this shell has flammable properties.
This young coconut water also has high properties as a neutralizer of toxins in the body, so it is very good for us to consume. In addition, young coconut is also good for consumption for pregnant women aged 7 months, which is very useful for cleaning and smoothing the skin of the fetus, at the time of delivery later.
I am very happy to enjoy this coconut water plus I am accompanied by a pet goat that is so tame.
