OCD imo, they're supporting differen content creators and newcomers. Not upvoting on the same dude all the day for a week just like some community did (lets be honest), i believe they did the review manually, the reason is even a post submitted 2 days ago and has been drown into the blackhole get supported, while fighting abuser at the same time, not all people want to do that!
