Would you help someone being attacked on the street or look the other way and walk past them? Explain.
If I saw someone being attacked on the street, I would rather keep walking without helping them, many people may hate my way of thinking, but I have many valid reasons behind my decision.
First, I don't know why the person was attacked by other people, whether it was because of a robbery or a crime committed by one of them, and I also don't know if helping the person being attacked would make me safer, because I would definitely be at greater risk and I could also be attacked if I helped the person.
Rather than harming myself, I would rather leave those people and continue on my way, because I never know what would happen to me if I became someone who wanted to be a hero, and if I experienced violence while helping the person that could cause me to die, they certainly would not want to take responsibility and provide for my family like the responsibility I gave.
Then the second reason that makes me not want to help people who experience violence on the street is because not everything we see at a glance is real, it could be that they are a group of criminals who are playing a drama so that someone will stop to approach them, and after that person approaches they could immediately attack the person to rob the helper, and even more terrifying is that they are ready and there are several other people who are already hiding near them to carry out the terrible robbery.
Because I have heard a story, there was someone who was robbed in the middle of the road because he wanted to help someone else, the story is when the person passed a quiet street he heard the sound of someone screaming for help, as soon as the person stopped and got out of his vehicle, the robber immediately took the person's vehicle and ran away using the vehicle of the person who wanted to help, fortunately the person was not killed there.
Therefore, in my opinion, it is better for me to ignore the person who was attacked and report the incident that I saw to the police station so that the authorities can directly handle the case, this is certainly safer for ourselves.
