I have had a love for nature since childhood.I can't explain in detail why I love nature but I can prove something. The green plants around us, the biodiversity, the fauna, the canals, the rivers, are all part of nature. So we know from research that a healthy psychological environment depends on the plants and biodiversity around us.This line of thinking about nature is real and I have proven it.
Let me tell you a real story. There is a car stand in our area and the place is huge. There are just different types of cars around and there are many workers.I have noticed that during their free time, the workers need to rest and get away from the excessive sunlight. So they need a good place to rest.Yes there is a good place there. There are not one, but two high-quality places to rest. But it is not a house or your own home.So what is the place to rest like?
There are two huge banyan trees with lots of leaves in that stand. All the workers go and sit under that banyan tree to avoid excessive sunlight and relieve body fatigue and cool down their bodies. So if these two plants were not there in the busiest environment like the stand, then people would not be able to get rid of tired days and they would be more mentally disturbed and sick.A tree is a treasure for us and they are blessings from the Creator.
Thus we are surrounded by various types of plants and nature that relieve our fatigue and improve mental health.Without the nature and biodiversity around us we would not be able to live well and it is because of them that we are beautiful and healthy today. We know that nature has a direct impact on mental well-being.
While walking along the road, I saw a rickshaw puller stop his rickshaw on the side of the road and stand under a nearby palm tree to drink water. Then think about why he went under the tree when there were other places to standing. This proves how beneficial this plant is for us.
When we were studying in school or college, we used to sit under a mango tree in our free time and eat mangoes from the tree in the summer and find peace of mind there. We are insignificant compared to nature and nature is much bigger than us.There is no doubt that nature has a direct impact on our mental health.
It is beyond our imagination how we would survive and how a world would survive without the animal world and biodiversity around us.Today our environment is beautiful and our roads are beautiful because of the biodiversity and nature of the animal world around us.Today it is because of biodiversity that we can live in a region healthily and beautifully.
The animal world, biodiversity and plants around us are the greatest gifts and blessings of the great Creator. Therefore we must protect the biodiversity around us by any means possible. We should try to artificially create biodiversity around us.For example, we should plant a lot of trees around us.We should think ten times before cutting a tree. Finally remember again that the biodiversity and nature around us have a direct impact on mental health.I wish you good health.
Thank you...
