Hello awesome and gorgeous #jewelry community lovers. I hope you and your family and doing very well in all you do especially that of life and business. Today, I decided to make myself a pendant which I later used for a necklace. The pendant is made as a cross with only two colors of pearls. The pendants I made was as a result of motivation when I saw someone wearing it on his necklace a resemblance of it kind.
Materials I used for the making of the pendants and necklace will be provided below to guide individuals interested of making any for their own or for those they love:
Nylon line.
Green colored pearl bead.
White colored pearl bead.
A black charming rope.
Procedures I used for the making of the pendants and necklace will also be provided below to properly guide as you make one for yourself:
I cut a nylon line from its main row and I inserted 1 piece of white colored pearl bead, 1 piece of green colored pearl bead, 1 piece of white colored pearl bead, and 1 piece of green colored pearl bead. I have to make the beads be at the center of the nylon line. I have to insert the left side of the nylon line inside the right side of the last green colored pearl bead. I have to draw the both nylon lines.
Now, I have to insert 1 piece of white colored pearl bead, 1 piece of green colored pearl bead into the left side of the nylon line. I inserted another 1 piece of white colored pearl bead into the right side of the nylon line. Now, I inserted the right side of the nylon line into the last green colored pearl bead from the left side. I continued with the insertion of beads and formation of the shape.
Now that I reached with some numbers of beads formation from the top, it's time for me to start forming the cross of the pendants. What I did was to insert the nylon line into the already formed shape to the right side where I'll start with the new formation of the cross pendants. Now that I have done the nylon right turning, I have to insert white colored pearl bead, green colored pearl bead into the left side of the nylon line, white colored pearl bead into that right side of the nylon line. I also continued with the insertion of beads and formation to the left cross of the pendants formation.
Now, that I have formed the right side of the cross pendants, I also inserted the nylon line through the already formed right side of the cross pendants to the left side where I'll be forming the second hand for the cross pendants. Forming the left side of the cross pendants, I followed the same procedure I used in forming the right side of the cross.
Now, it's time to form the head of the cross. I also returned the nylon line from the already left formed cross pendants to the top of the cross forming. I also followed the same procedure for other formation for the head of the cross pendants but not as the same length with the downside.
Now that I have formed the cross pendants, I made it into two separate side and there are of the same shape. I brought the two separate cross formed shape beads together. The reason why I made the cross shape into two is to make the pendants I'm forming to be strong. I have to join the separate cross together by inserting a nylon line into the first cross from down side, I have to insert a green colored pearl bead into it, now I inserted the same nylon line into the second cross formed. I continued with the procedures till I made the complete pendants.
Now, that I have formed the cross pendants, I have to insert the charming black rope inside the cross pendants from the head. Now, I have to join the charming black ripe.
