But why is it that someone reacts calmly to someone, even if, in our opinion, it is completely wrong and acts differently than we do, and we react painfully and strongly to someone even if we see this person for the first and last time?

Anger is done to cause fear, shame and submission. Anger, as a rule, creates a negative motivation for the person to whom it is directed. At the same time, anger worsens the relationship.
