We as a people are more mobile and on the move than ever before.
In the West most large Metropolitan cities are 24-hour economies where time = money.
So, naturally there are allot of people in a rush, getting from one appointment to another.
Doing some shopping in between, while feeling like we're always running late on something! The so called (Road Warriors) I did a separate post on.
A great modern solution is that you can take all kinds of meals and drinks on the go.
In the southern countries, the phase of life is less hectic and people tend to enjoy their lunches with plenty time to spare. Some even take a nice siesta after eating.
There is a saying in these countries, “You guys in the West have the money, we have the Time!”
I wonder which are true riches? Even the street food venders are trying to keep up.
