It's been awhile since I had a chance to make a post. To long, really, so here's an update.
So, I've been on this job in PA for almost 10 months. Been sick pretty much the whole time I've been here. Seems like as soon as I got over one thing, I'd catch something else. I hardly ever get sick, other than the usual cold in the winter and some mild allergies in the spring. Took me awhile to figure it out, but I realized, there are over 6,000 hands on this job from literally all over the world. America, Mexico, Canada, Australia, different parts of Asia, and India. Everywhere has different strains of funk, and nobody has any built up immunity to everybody else's crud, so everybody just keeps passing it around and stays sick. That's apparently what the local walk in clinic calls it. "The cracker plant crud". Haha.
From all that being sick, ended up missing to many days, so I ended up getting let go. I ain't really been home in awhile, so, to be totally honest, I wasn't even mad about it. Packed up the family and headed south!
We had a pretty smooth trip, and got in about 7 last night.
Even though the contractor was trash, we met some good folks, and had a good time.

Even though the contractor suckes, the job was actually really cool! Learned a lot! Saw some amazing, and some amazingly stupid things. Here's some of the cool stuff though!
This is one of the buses they brought us in and out on.
Well, On to the next one! Where will we be going next? To be continued....
