I'm not totally understanding what's going on here but I think you're missing something as I'm pretty sure I would have heard about it from others. There's a lot of smart people who use steem and if we were getting 99% less than claimed I think more people would've said something.
I need more info, like screenshots and such. Or tell me which post it was and I can go look it up.
