Went on a lovely adventure yesterday. :) It was epic! I didn't expect much, but discovered some very interesting things... :D I also hiked up some really steep hilly areas and my legs are sore in a good way!
More and more I feel like I'm getting stronger and healing up. I know I'm still a long ways off and it's going to be a while, though I'm getting more and more excited!
I remember when I was laying in the hospital bed that one of the things I was thinking about the most was the special adventure I was on and how much I would enjoy being able to do that again one day...
I thought it wouldn't be until Autumn/Winter until I could continue... But, I'm happy to realize that I've already started and yesterday kind of felt like the first official day I got back to things in a significant way.

PS This pic included was from my first hike after getting out of rehab. I'm so grateful to live so close to such a beautiful place with a creek flowing through... Growing up and living here so long here has been very unique and special. 馃 馃懡 馃 馃 馃
