Yeah, but have you checked how much Hive is on Upbit? It's a massive chunk of what's out there in liquid form.

I will be a doomsayer and predict that BTC will go down somewhere between 10,500 and 14,000 at some point during this year. I hope I am wrong.

You can't just hijack a node, you need the private keys of 16 of the top 20 to do anything. Even if you hack all of the top witnesses you only need 6 to do a recovery of their keys to invalidate any malicious

I did open a ticket last saturday but it is still not resolved.

Apparently I typed @apofis on the account field instead of just apofis. I am waiting on the resolution of the ticket that was opened for this issue.

I used the wleo site (or bleo in this case) so I am sure. It's not the first time I have transfered tokens between both chains. A delay is to be expected but not this long...that's the reason for my

The amount of tokens in existence does not equal supply. In the context of price discovery supply refers only to items that are placed on sale on the market. I think that you stumbled upon a little dirty

10M HBD is currently in circulation. This means that the haircut will not kick in until Hive crashes 33% from $150M market cap to $100M. The haircut rule would only go into effect if the price drops to

The problem with people not knowing how things work is that we tend to make assumptions based on our limited experience, leading us to arrive at the wrong conclusions. I remember a few years back I was

The stability aspect of them is what is atractive. It helps the market participants to pivot in and out of the more volatile assets.

The hodler mentality is strong with Leo holders, I was expecting a significant amount to be powered down with the Cub project but nope...I am not seeing it. It's a cultish paradigm. I learned my lesson

Shhhh...don't give away my master plan.

In any case, at these levels our HBD to Hive ratio is 3.14% Actually it is less then 2%, the balance in the @hive.fund account is not part of the debt calculation since the last hardfork.

The interest paid on HBD is in addition to the "regular" inflation. So it does come out of "thin air". HBD isn't debt: it is demand for on-chain stability HBD is debt, it is redeemable

The interest paid on HBD is not part of the regular inflation. It is in addition to it.

That's a more logical explanation. Being able to track how much is in the process of conversion is a plus.

I think it's both market manipulation and stupidity. For every pump and dump there is a sucker that falls for it.

2x the collateral price worth of Hive is moved from useraccount to the hbdcollateral account and HBD is created and deposited to the user account. This seems over-complicated in my opinion, more so if

You know what would be a good use-case for NFTs? Softwware licenses. Imagine if you download a game where you need to purshase a license to unlock advanced features (or to use the software all together).

It's trading at 68 cents right now. We should start calling your calls the "the jinx".
