It's with pleasure to present to you our 35th Edition where our top-featured publications highlight an inverted pyramidal building in Venezuela, an interesting narrative about how aliens could have influenced architecture, and the valuable benefits of Xeriscaping & Biophilic Design for built spaces.

Before the Construction of the Shopping Center Sambil in 1998 the Centro Ciudad Comercial Tamanaco (CCCT) was the largest and most visited in the city. According to information obtained on the web, it has 5 office towers, a shopping center with 450 stores, 5000 stalls and a hotel. An inverted pyramid that was inaugurated with the first stage of the complex stands out. This first stage of the enormous complex was built between the years 1972 to 1976.
And by great deeds I mean: all discoveries, all monumental buildings, starting from the Middle Ages...actually, starting before.. Somewhere I read about Gothic architecture, which has no natural historical predecessor - the buildings just 'jump' in this new style. And have you seen buildings in Flamboyant Gothic style - these stone laces, this exquisite work... I recommend everyone to take an interest and go to see such a masterpiece. Then to think about how far humanity has come at the moment on a mass scale, how it behaves and what it does. And see the difference.
Oh! that hit me hard, I am a lover of nature and pushing it away has never been my plan but as Human's have evolved from living in caves to living in well built homes, it is impossible to send them back to caves just to get them connected to nature. So, what could be done to incorporate nature in the modern living standards. There are plenty of ways to create presence of nature while planning a building design but How can we incorporate Biophilia in our already constructed homes? It's not like we will start destroying the walls and create huge windows or do other changes to the building, It will cost more plus it's a bad idea.
