Today's marketing presents new and increasingly complex challenges, one of the most controversial is the so-called content marketing, which should be in charge of reaching consumers with its message in a more immediate way and facilitating the understanding of the message. This type of marketing is now more commonly called Inbound Marketing, it can be literally translated or defined as internal marketing and it is also well known as attraction marketing, since it is aimed at attracting the attention of the current or potential consumer. It consists of a set of varied techniques that allow us to reach the customer in a particular way, as if we knew in detail their tastes, as if they were not massified beings but individual entities. This is one of the essential secrets in this type of marketing, the precise message studied and analyzed to capture not only the mental interest of the buyer but also the sentimental, the real one, it is not only about creating a need to buy, it is about understanding their real needs of all kinds.

Some authors have argued that this is an intrusive way of acting on the customer, that it intrudes too much in the tastes, pleasures, or needs of the same, it may be possible. However, it should be seen and observed as a message that has been studied in order to impact not only ideas but also the buyer's own feelings. Determined in this methodology as buyer persona, in a non-intrusive way. It is a skill that attracts the customer with useful, relevant and valuable content. This makes it easier for potential customers to reach the company through different channels such as social networks, blogs or SEO, among others. Obviously, this non-intrusiveness is the key to the definition of inbound marketing and what provides the differential factor compared to traditional advertising, which only emits impersonal and continuous messages.

One of the great alliances towards which the world in general is moving is the approach to the customer, this idea is not new, much has been said about it but little has been put into practice, accustomed to a market society where the essence of man has mattered little, only his purchasing power. The world in its marketing evolution has understood that there must be a proper balance between the direct attention that must be provided to the customer and the great masses of products to be sold.

One of the great potentialities of this type of marketing lies in the capacity that each company must have in building customer loyalty, in making them part of a collective identity and making them feel part of the company as loyal consumers. In order to build customer loyalty, the first thing to do is to offer quality, to offer them the certainty that the product will not fail, and that if they become loyal they will obtain other added values such as offers or discounts. Loyalty, customer loyalty is a competitive advantage that sometimes has not been valued in its right dimension, it is important that human values such as fidelity, loyalty and accompaniment enter into the language of modern marketing, it would be surprising to see how customers are proud to be loyal to certain brands.

Another strategy for a successful inbound marketing is to attract traffic from qualified customers, in many occasions for the simple fact of making sales, we do not take into account the quality of the customer, we do not even ask for references from them. A qualified and prestigious customer will be a customer who can be heard by others, who will have a reputation that endorses our marketing, which converts the work done by this in a word-of-mouth transmission that is always useful in the sales market.

Inbound marketing generally uses a systematic approach based on devising defined strategies for each stage of what it defines as a funnel. First a high stage is generated, attracting users of all types, generally for your website, blog or gaps, as the idea is that these majority customers return to your website, using the mail with attractive content to make this happen. And finally working all the content and using the offer and sales promotion through paid media -remarketing- and email marketing, or any other appropriate marketing skill.
