Upon going through my archives, I stumbled on photos from my first shoot with my friend and model I've worked with the most, Ada. It's from about 3 years ago and was the day I took the photo on the Love and Sunsets post I made earlier. It really made me reflect and realize how far we've both come and how we've improved on our crafts.
Here are some shots from that day:
We set off to our location after meeting up at a friend's.
It was a bright sunny evening, just perfect for photos.
We took random shots, as you can see both of us were pretty much novices. She had problems with posing, probably because it was our first time shooting together.
We eventually took some cool looking silhouettes.
Then we started trying to execute the idea in this Post.
Here's the shot we achieved.
After doing a couple of edits...
Here's how I edited this photo.
Decided to add in a bit of light leaks here.
Tuned the image without any light Leaks here.
Well, the photos above were all taken and edited on my smartphone at the time. That's all I used for photography back then and it did a great job.
Now, I'll share a couple of photos from my most recent session with my friend Ada:
What do you think? I definitely feel we've improved on our craft but there's room for so much more growth, which is what one should work on.
Thanks for coming around, hope to see you again!
