Recently, all I've done is sit and think.
Reflections of life before this pandemic and things I took for granted cross my mind every now and then.
Thoughts of what life would look like when this all ends and that's just before the big question, "When will this end?".
One must try not to get consumed in thoughts and let go of the negative energy accumulating within.
I guess being optimistic and seeing things from an appreciative perspective helps bring my mind out from this sinkhole.
Sorry, I'm a terrible writer but I felt like being all philosophical in this post. That's what came to my mind as soon as I stumbled upon this photo in my gallery.
It's a photo I took of my brother some years back. We were indoors and under a roof whilst the bright sun was shining outside. I loved the idea that I could get a cool silhouette with some gentle highlights. I immediately directed him to stand there and look up, which he did with no issues. It was a rushed photo, but I was able to get the results I wanted.
Soon after, I edited the photo and made it black and white. I decided to fade the blacks a little and boost the highlights to make the subject stand out more.
I'm really happy I made the mentions on the #monomad challenge, it made my day! That's why in that same spirit, I'll be making this post my entry to today's #monomad challenge. I hope luck is on my side again :)
