Hello everyone!
First of all, it feels amazing to be back. Even though technically I'm new here since I've never been on HIVE before.馃槄
As always, I'm still a photography and art enthusiast who never backs down from capturing whatever intruiges me. I'm trying to see if I could win today's challenge馃槄. Here's my entry for the #monomad challenge.
It's been a difficult time for the world recently with the Corona virus (covid-19) on the loose. The world has more or less come to an abrupt "pause" whilst it tries it's best to combat the dreadful and very contagious disease.
As the above thoughts drifted through my mind, I quickly recalled this photo which I took sometime last year when humans could still move around freely馃槄.
Light at the top.
Basically lost of people are going through a lot, its really been a difficult time. People have lost jobs, loved ones and so much more.. It's been terrible really.
Synonymous to the flight of stairs in the photo above, there is light/hope at the top after the struggle to climb.
We are in this fight to save the planet together and whilst our ever so brave health workers and scientists are giving it their all, we can also support them and lend a helping hand by staying indoors and reducing the spread of the virus (Yes, it's a simple yet heroic task).
Personally, I've been indoors for over a month now and to be honest, I really miss going outside. I miss being able to go about my normal life, explore and take photos. I'm sure most of us have this in common... (Well, maybe not the photography part but you get my point 馃槄).
In conclusion, we should all stay strong and connect with your loved ones (if you're with them) or focus on self-development. Feel free to drop a comment on what you've been up to during the lockdown, I'd love to read em' all!
