Hello HIVE friends, wherever you are, as always, I hope you are all staying healthy and happy, allowing you to go about your daily activities smoothly, and I hope you all have a wonderful day.
In this blog, I want to share some images from my trip to a tourist destination in Sabang City, specifically Ujong Kareung Village. Originally known as Rumah Karang, it has now become a new favorite among Sabang tourists due to its simple, undeniable views.
So, please continue to follow my simple blog to see some images about this place, as well as short articles from me.
After exploring the historical tourist destination of Anoi Utam Fortress which I have shared in several of my previous blogs, then I continued my vacation trip on Weh Island where my next destination was UKCC Ujong Kareung Coral House, this place was originally an ordinary Coral House but now it has become a new idol of Sabang tourism because of the views provided by this place which amaze the eyes of visitors.
Located approximately 7 km from the city center, this destination has now become one of the most sought-after tourist spots on Weh Island, especially for those seeking tranquility and marine beauty, like myself.
When I first arrived at the tourist destination, I immediately saw the signposts for entering the area.
As soon as I entered this area, I was immediately greeted by a very serene atmosphere, with the occasional distinctive sea breeze blowing against me. I then noticed several accommodations along the left and right sides as I entered the area.
My friends...
From a distance, I could see the blue sea welcoming me, while the coral-dotted coastline seemed to highlight the uniqueness of this tourist destination, a unique feature hard to find elsewhere.
However, what caught my attention most was the numerous visitors' vehicles parked at the accommodations in this area. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and quiet, which I personally felt. This makes this place a place that offers a sense of tranquility and stunning natural panoramas.
I began to explore the area briefly. The first thing I noticed was the love gate atop the Karang cliff.
My friend...
The heart-shaped gate was covered in shells and white coral, with a backdrop overlooking the turquoise sea and a cloudy sky.
I saw visitors queuing to take photos in this area, and I guess it's no surprise, because every shot is an unforgettable moment of my vacation on Pulau Weh.
Furthermore, the ground is made of coral instead of sand, giving it a different vibe than other beaches on Pulau Weh. I personally find this vibe wilder and more natural.
I continued to explore the area briefly, before finally choosing a spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of this tourist destination.
My friend...
While most beaches offer wide stretches of sand, the Ujong Kareung tourist destination offers a different experience. I was able to see the coral reefs stretching along the beach, a key characteristic that makes it unique, with their artistic coral shapes appearing so natural, as if they were carved with meticulous detail.
And from these few images, it's no surprise that many tourists and locals choose to spend time in this area, enjoying the beauty and tranquility that Ujong Kareung offers.
Next, you'll find several thatched gazebos perched on coral reefs, where you can relax and enjoy the views and serenity of this destination.
Well, my friends, those are some of the images and a short article I wrote about this tourist destination. Originally created by local residents to protect the coral reefs, over time, residents have created photo spots, gazebos, and even stalls selling goods. This has made this place bustling every weekend, and it has now become a popular tourist destination on Weh Island.
These are some of the images I took while visiting this tourist destination a few days ago, as well as a short blog post about this place. I hope you all enjoy and are entertained by what I've shared. I also extend my sincere gratitude to all of you who have taken the time to view and read my blog to the end.
Please leave your comments, support, and input, as they mean a lot to me, so I can make this blog even better in the future.
That's all for now for this meeting and see you on my next blog.
