Models suggest most of developed countries on temperate and frigid zones will have an economic benefit from climate change. On the other hand, higher temperatures suggest most of the economic damage of climate change would be inflicted to countries placed on torrid zones. Due to this distribution of risks, should the Paris Agreement be considered a scam?

Emergent countries should urgently create an agreement against fossil fuel industries. This is a matter of survival for them.
