Attending a radiology seminar organized by the Indonesia Society of Radiographers has become my agenda twice a year. This time the seminar was held in Medan, precisely at the Lake Toba International Hotel.
During leisure time after the seminar has finished several sessions, my friends and I hangout often to enjoy a drink at the Kopi Medan cafe located right next to the hotel.
This cafe is connected to the hotel, making it very easy for us to access from the hotel to the cafe.
As the name implies, this cafe provides typical North Sumatra coffee which is served in unique containers, usually this container is used in laboratories.
Besides providing coffee, at this cafe there are also various complementary foods. Like coffee, food sold is also a local food of North Sumatra. Most visitors to this cafe like to occupy tables that are in the outdoor, while in the indoor cafe, usually at night it is filled.
During the seminar at the hotel, me and my friends each day visited three or four times at this café. Good during the day or at night. In addition to the pleasant place, there are also many menu choices available.
