To this day our area is still hit by haze because of forest fires in other areas. The government has warned its citizens to be aware of the danger of this haze, some appeals from local governments such as to avoid doing activities outside the home or outdoor wherever possible. And when doing outdoor activities you should use a breathing mask and wear glasses, the goal is to protect the lungs and eyes from pain.

In addition, the government also appealed for health facilities such as health services, hospitals, and others to distribute masks to residents. Following up on the appeal, Mufid Sigli Hospital this morning distributed masks to all residents who crossed the Sigli area, this activity is a form of hospital responsibility for preventing disease. This activity lasts about two hours.

According to information I read from online media, currently almost all of Aceh has been hit by haze because of forest fires. So that the disaster of forest fires and haze has now become a national scale disaster. Several neighboring countries of Indonesia have offered assistance to tackle the forest fires, because the effects of the forest fires have spread to the neighboring countries. But until now the Indonesian government still refuses assistance from outside the country.

This afternoon our area was also pouring rain, this rain was very much expected by our area to be able to reduce the amount of smog that hit our area. Because of the poor air quality outside the home or outdoor, I have not been doing physical activities outside the house for two days like walking around a housing complex that has become a routine for me. I anticipate physical activity by using a treadmill.
