Starting today, I was ordered by the director of the hospital where I worked to focus on preparing all documents such as regulations, workplace guidelines, brochures, creating a list of forms and preparing other forms as materials for completeness in preparation for hospital accreditation.
With the many jobs that require me to sit at the computer, I must be observant in managing time so that my body can actively move.
Even though gesture activity decreases, at least I can't be quiet and lazy to move.
