In this episode of Chess uncensored, the way 3speak likes it, I try to reach an ELO level of 2400, which is somewhere around IM (international master).
The puzzles in chess.com are obviously not a good measurement of your ELO level, in reality I am a 1000 player in Blitz and a 1250 in Rapid, but still, having a 2400 ELO level in solving puzzles is a good achievement.
