I bring you greeting in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ I want to thank God for this message thought today by Bro Eli. He thought us about making vows and also made us understand that given must be done voluntarily.
Isaiah 28 : 13 I was made to understand that God is a God of principle he is a God of orderlyness the bible is telling us that his word came precept upon precept line upon line.
I also learnt that we must not be instructed about everything before we take the decision to do what is right for example we see a brother hungry and we have the solution to his hunger but Instead we are waiting for someone to tell us first brother Eli thought us that we must not be told everything there are something that we can do voluntarily not waiting for someone to tell us or force us as long as it is the right thing we must do it without waiting for Instructions.
Bro Eli also made us understand that a vow is a solemn promise or assertion specifically, by which a person is bond to an act service or condition. This simply means that a vow is the promise we make unto God.
Important of a vow
Bro Eli made us understand that God does not neglect the vows we make to him for example we are believing God for a healing miracle or something else we should make a vow and expect our answers. He made us understand the God cherish our vows somuch that he is very angry with us if we break our vows he said it is better we don't even make a vow than we do and can not fufill it,it is a sin and God frown at it.
Ecclesiastes 5 : 5
I also learnt the principle of give bro Eli made us understand the we must give according to what has been decided in our heart not been false to do so so that we can receive the rewards attached to a cheerful given heart. Act 5 : 1 here I understand that we must give willingly and also we must learn to keep to our vows the bible is telling us of Ananias and his wife that made a vow and broke the vow by lying about the amount the sold thier land and the bible recorded that God stroke them dead.
God bless bro Eli for this awesome message I was blessed.
