I will say honestly if the money is just enough for either one then the house should be ready first the car is nice though but from experience it starts losing value the moment you drive it out.
The lot or dealership and then you keep spending of maintenance repairs and everything else so at least with the house every penny you put into it is moving you could have to own something.
The only reason I'll pick the car over anything is that the car will help me make more money.
me. If it's a transportation problem, they'll put me out there in meetings with clients to see that I have the ability to handle big money.
Because apparently it's a silent pool of capacity. But if it's just because I finally have money and want to enjoy life a little, I'll build a house and get the car later.
