Obedience to God's will ( Part 2 of 2 ) MCGI Topic Review.

It came to pass , that God did test Abraham, after about 100 years. God test people to change their classes, and it's the obedience test. He said because you have done this thing, you did not withheld your only son from me, you have obeyed my voice, I sworn by myself I will bless you and multiply you.

Genesis 22:16-18 ( KJV )

16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: 17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; 18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

Abraham passed the obedience test to move to the realm of sworn blessing. He passed the obedience test that is now speaking after his generation after him. All said and done, obedience is better than sacrifice and to hearken than the fat of ram.

1 Samuel 15:22 ( KJV )

And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

Prayer and fasting will never be a result to obedience, Church activism will never be a result to obedience. The making of every great destiny's scripture anchors on obedience. We may not have prayed for some great happenings in our lives, but we definitely must have obeyed our way into them.

There are many great things that you don't need to pray for when you obedience is fulfilled. There are many things you will never ask God in prayer, you just obey the word to commit Him to what He said He will do.
