From 2010 to 2015, my depression level was too deep.No one could not help me out only if you yourself try to find your own way.And also I kept it all by myself.
As time goes by, with ups and downs, I just eventually found my way back.
And all the credits would go to my optimism, gratefulness and meditation.

Emotional constipation which I only recently heard the words.Although I had already experienced the symptoms and I understand people who are going through the same.
I believe men are more prone to have this.Because the society always speaks, "men have to be stronger, braver with no tears".
I'm totally against it.Both man and woman are made with same structure of flesh, heart and soul.Although I believe that men are generally being more intelligent and smart.

Some tips below could be helpful when you are uncontrollably in bad mood.

1)Remove distractions by logging off anything that could interject into your energetic space.

2)Get still and Breath deeply

3)Locate your emotions in your body

4)Allowing your emotions to be there without judging them:
overall process is to allow whatever the feelings are that come up.

If you feel numb, then feel numb. If you feel sad, then allow yourself to be sad. There is no proper order… there is no success… there is no failure. Simply be with whatever comes up, as it comes up.
Your only goal is to allow your emotions to happen.

5)You could cry too if you want.I cry a lot too, alone.

5)Being gentle to yourself like taking bubble bath or something , eat your fav food like ramen.

5)No alcohol, no caffeine

6)And when you seem to be back to normal, go and have a nice talk with friends.
