That first cup is gorgeous! I am going through a matcha phase currently, which is nice for a little mid-day boost of energy. Also, latte art in bright green matcha is so pretty!

Yeah, it is amazing how much time it covers. It's odd for me to realize my 13 year old brother is in the same generation as 36 year olds...

I would definitely say that teaching someone from the time they are a child that nothing is an entitlement and all must be worked for cultivates value and gratitude which are two things I see sorely missing

The lack of discipline and openness of all rules, along with removals of practically all taboos seems to have spiraled us more into chaos than the enlightened freedom many were hoping for...
