Greetings to everyone... welcome to my blog.
This morning we got together for a Sunday session of functional training, dance therapy, and yoga with our local favorites: Vida Vzla, Yoguinis Vzla, and Angélica Escalona, a well-known dance instructor from El Tigre.
The event was completely free and was held to celebrate the 4th anniversary of Cuantía Express—a restaurant, bar, and café owned by the Orinoco company in the city of El Tigre.
We spent a wonderful morning with friends and acquaintances—we danced, sang, laughed, exercised, and relaxed… these are the things our bodies and minds deserve to ease the week’s hustle and bustle, and then enjoy a good meal.
At Cuantía Express, the party continues. If you live in the area, stop by the Paseo Los Pinos Shopping Center and enjoy an evening of fun, good food, and live music—just as they always do.

Saludos a todos... bienvenidos a mi blog.
Hoy nos dimos cita en la mañana a una jornada dominguera de ejercicios funcionales, bailoterapia y yoga, con nuestras consentidas de la zona; Vida Vzla, Yoguinis Vzla, y Angélica Escalona, conocida profesora de baile de El Tigre.
La actividad era totalmente gratis y se realizó con motivo del 4° aniversario de Cuantía Express; restaurante, bar y cafetín de la empresa Orinoco en la ciudad de El Tigre.
Pasamos una mañana maravillosa entre amigos y conocidos, bailamos, cantamos, reímos, ejercitamos y nos relajamos... son cosas que nuestro cuerpo y mente merecen para aliviar el trajín de la semana, y luego degustar una buena comida.
En Cuantía Express la fiesta continúa, si vives en la zona, puedes acercarte al Centro Comercial Paseo Los Pinos y disfrutar de una noche de distracción, buena comida y música en vivo, como acostumbran a ofrecernos.
