Jam Session! Always a fun Night!

Today I'd like to share a bit about our regular jam sessions and some images and videos of last night's one.

Our sessions have been going on for some years now, with @steevc being the originator or at least one of them. There are just over 10 regulars, including my fellow Hivers, @steevc, @purplesinger, @daniellemurray and @todayslight, plus many people, who join us on an occasional basis. Covid has, of course, put a stop to that somewhat.

The sessions are open to all, and we've had quite a variety of different instruments being played.
Most perform on their own, playing their own original songs, songs of their usual repertoire or songs they've been practising.
We also have collaborations, with quite a few duets.
Everybody is always very appreciative of each other's attempts, and it's not a problem when things don't go according to plan, all very relaxed and friendly.

with the great Steve O'Grady on lead guitar.
Only started learning this on Monday, so I had to have the teleprompter on my knee.. 😄
