Very briefly
We have dinner coming up and I have just taken my chlorella. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Oil pulling and exercise combined
The day had plenty of activity, including a long walk. We are back together with the rest of our little family and I was able to pick up the reordered magnesium. So I'm back on my full intake plan today. That's all I want to write down at the moment.

Wir haben das Abendessen demnächst vor uns und ich habe grad mein Chlorella eingenommen. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Ölziehen und Bewegung verbunden
Der Tag hatte viel Bewegung, und davon sogar einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang. Wir sind wieder mit dem Rest unserer kleinen Familie zusammen und ich konnte das nachbestellte Magnesium in Empfang nehmen. Ich bin heute also wieder voll in meinem Einnahmeplan. Mehr will ich grad gar nicht notieren.
