I have not made a spelling error.

I don't know about you but having a maid of honor is more of a stressor that actually just doing it alone.

I have decided to ask my brother to be my maid of honor due to the fact that I will be able to look at the photos in 15 years and still be able to say that I know, love and respect him.

I have many friends whom I love dearly and whom I want to make a part of my big day but I would rather spend the money that I would end up spending on slippers and gowns engraved with their names (of which they already have like five each) and having to skimp on my own wedding gown. That in my opinion is not fair at all because it is not about them, it is about the bride.

I have received some complaints from cousins that I have not made bridesmaids and friends whom have told me that they will (for this specific reason) not be coming to our wedding.
How sad actually….

Exactly how much help would they be by the time the wedding happens?
I don not have the time nor do I have the energy to sit with those kind of problems.

I have one special friend whom is very close to my heart We have not been friends since kindergarten nor have we spent our high school years planning our weddings, but we have become rather close the past few years and I have decided to make her a part of my group in a rather unusual way. She has a little girl now whom I love dearly - she will be a year and a halve by the time of the wedding, so I have asked her to be my flower girl. By doing this she has become my "undercover" maid of honor. She has helped me with dress ideas and wedding cakes. No fuss, no problems…

Only gratitude to the fullest.

I know that she will be willing to help me fix my dress and help me go t the bathroom without the official label. We will be able to take photos and laugh and enjoy the entire planning trip.

I have an unexplainable love for this strong women and she does not know it yet, but I have a special way of thanking her! (I'll let you know how she takes it!)

That's it for now…
Keep up for more…
