My name is Aninke.
I am from a small town in Southern Africa but I had been staying in a suburb in Pretoria. One of Our main cities.
I quite enjoy it here. It is much warmer but more crowded.
One grows to look past all that.
It's difficult to explain myself to people for I am a bit different from the people my age.
I am a wanderer and a hopeless romantic.
Reading is a love that I grew to appreciate.

The human race has forgotten about the deeper things in life, the little things that make up all of the big things. I rarely find people who can understand the impeccable art of showing your life and ideas in public.
I enjoy music. Music that one can relate to and music that just happens to speak to the soul!

I have travelled and can say with great pride that I spent my matric holiday abroad visiting Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt as well as the snowy city of Bern. It was such an awesome experience that I just had to go back... But more on that later!
My idea for starting a Steemit account was because a lady that had been a part of my life, although I did not see her as often I always know that I can depend on her for support and advice. Maybe I'll make her the topic of my next story. But what I do know is that she really deserves one!
