Have you ever heard of communication? What comes to your mind?
Is it talking to one another, actions towards others or what you put in writing?
For me; Communication is very crucial to the existence of human, to the success of any organisation or even in disorganized settings.
Communication is needed in almost every aspect of life. If you need to get anything done through people or interact with people then it's a must for you to communicate. If you don't communicate then everything remains the way it is, nothing changes until communication takes place either through spoken words, writings(black and white) or signs.
There are many ways of communicating and the way we communicate is also very important. When you communicate wrongly then the receiver of the message may also receive it wrongly.
In every communication, there are two people involved just like we have in every trading transaction, there's a giver and a receiver, there's always buyer and a seller.
In communication we have the encoder and the decoder both party deals with the message or information being passed. One gives and the other receives.
The encoder is the person giving out the message while the decoder is the receiver. Most times the encoder is just one person although may be delivering the message on behalf of a group of people or a corporate body, and a decoder is either a single person or an audience.
