Oh what a great day. Today was so good to me as everything happened indoor and having my elder brother visiting.
Wow..... I couldn't believe that I can go on a jogging this morning due to the pains I felt from farm work yesterday.
I am glad I could shake them off and be good. Doing house chores also helped in increasing my actifit count.
After house chores, I had to take a walk to church for bible class.
