Thank God it's Thursday. I wouldn't believe I can do agricultural activities such as today's which gives me about 2400 plus actifit count.
Today got me in the farm and it was a nice one to till such a large portion for cultivation.
I went to the farm with my family, it's planting season here. Everyone is expected to cultivate crops so we can have food in a short while.
The portion was big but I am still surprise were I got the energy from to work.
After farm work, I went out with a friend to have fun then later I had to go cycling to shake off the stress of hard labour.
It's was a productive day for me and I love it. Thanks for reading.
