Hola mi queridos amigos de esta comunidad, espero que esté año sea de muchos existo y progresos en sus vida.
En esta oportunidad quiero hablarles del primer viaje del año.
Al inicio de año, mi esposa y yo nos ponemos metas que cumplir, y nos planteamos una meta que era conocer un sitio diferente de mi país Venezuela 🇻🇪 cada 2 meses, lo que quiere decir, que a fin de año deberíamos conocer 6 sitios nuevos.
Y bueno arrancamos con buen pie el 2023 y nuestro primer viaje se dio
Preparativos
Como les comente nos propusimos en ir a un sitio nuevo por lo menos cada 2 meses, la meta es conocer 6 sitios nuevos en Venezuela 🇻🇪 al finalizar el año,así que empezamos a planificar, mirar destinos buscar fechas y empezar a cuadrar los destinos con nuestra apretada agenda.
Planificación
Saben que nuestro tiempo es limitado, tenemos un trabajo demandante, en mi tiempo libre doy cursos, talleres, escribo, soy scout en fin muchas pero muchas responsabilidades y trabajo, así que organizarnos para que esto se de es una tarea titánica.
Este año nos tomamos la primera semana de enero libre, en parte porque es una semana de poco trabajo y es la más flexible para nosotros.
Como era una semana había que aprovechar y hacer un viaje largo, ya que los demás viajes serán cortos por el tiempo o deberíamos aprovechar algún feriado.
Pero esta semana estaba perfecta.
A donde ir?
Debíamos responder esta pregunta ya que debíamos ir a un sitio atractivo que no conociéramos para aprovechar estos días libres, la primera idea era El estado Merida un sitio espectacular, un clima frío que adoro, la gente especial, y apesar que ya mi esposa y yo lo conocemos íbamos a ir por primera ves en nuestro auto, así que podíamos ir a visitar sitios que no habíamos conocido, pero se descartó, y es que en el estado el combustible esta escaseado, así que no podíamos ir hasta allá para durar 2 días en cola de gasolina, lastimosamente en otra oportunidad.
Después de meditar pensamos en ir en vez de un sitio, porque no vamos a 2 sitios diferentes 😅
Los ganadores
Después de planear, ver rutas, cuadrar todo, buscar hoteles y todo, se decidió:
Ir a Puerto cabello y visitar Isla Larga una de las mejores playas del país, que ninguno conocíamos, allí nos quedaríamos una noche y al día siguiente cambiaremos de ruta e iríamos a la Colonia Tovar en Aragua, un ambiente frío montañoso como me gusta.
Así que nos pusimos manos a la obra después de unas compras puntuales y preparar todos el día llegó
Día del viaje
Salimos de Barquisimeto el día 4 de enero a las 6 am, rumbo a Puerto cabello, apesar de no conocer mucho la carretera nos fuimos paso a paso, disfrutando el camino y nuestro guía Google maps nos acompañó, llegamos a Carabobo y luego entramos a puerto cabello, después de varias vueltas y varias perdidas llegamos al hotel
El hotel se llama Isla Larga frente al terminal de pasajeros, buenas instalaciones módicos precio con piscina.
Llegamos a registrarnos y a irnos para un pueblo queda como a 20 min en carro del hotel, al llegar allá estacionamos y luego vas a los embarcaderos para que te lleven a Isla grande
Aguas cristalinas, sol inclemente, arena blanca todo perfecto, pasamos el día allí y luego nos devolvimos al hotel
No podia faltar la piscina
La retornar era obligatorio ir a la piscina de hotel y disfrutar de un baño relajante, donde estuvimos por una horas nos tomamos unos tragos y luego a la habitación nos cambiamos y a descansar el día 2 empezaba temprano
Día 2
El día 2 inicia a las 6 am, ya que debíamos recoger y el destino era la Colina Tovar después de una 3 horas de carretera y unas subidas tenebrosas llegamos a la Colonia Tovar
Hospedaje
Nos quedamos en una Cabaña super espectacular una gran vista y plantas hermosas por todos lados,sin duda un acierto muy bueno, puedes durar todo un día tomando fotos espectaculares allí.
Debíamos salir a conocer la ciudad que es muy pequeña pero bastante hermosa, la plaza y la iglesia son extremadamente hermosos, con una arquitectura única la gente es super amable, un lugar mágico
Paseos
Luego nos dispusimos a hacer el paseo en rústico, lo mejor de todo esto yo no manejaba jajaja 🤣🤣 eso vale mucho, te llevan a sitios históricos, y turísticos de la zona también es muy informativo, sin duda es súper recomendado, si o si se debe hacer
Además puedes conocer gente maravillosa como nuestro grupo de amigos, de diferentes partes de Venezuela pero nos hicimos amigos de paseo
la noche
Lo mejor es la noche, ya que la temperatura baja, y la cuidad se ilumina, todo es un espectáculo visual, todas las luces de navidad, con la arquitectura de la cuidad es super hermoso, caminar por la cuidad y ver todos eso no tiene precio.
Y para el frió las bebidas calientes, no podía faltar el café, y disfrutarlo allí también era genial, la noche estuvo super fría casi los 8 grados.
Día 3
Día 3 era nuestro último día de aventuras, así que fuimos a desayunar en una restaurante cerca, te atienden con traje típicos y puede elegir variedad en el menú, desde comida típica, a desayunos criollos con el respectivo cafecito, delicioso.
Último paseo
Recuerdan los paseos en rústicos bueno estos tienen 2 rutas, donde van a diferentes lugares, ya habíamos hecho una ruta, ahora nos tocaba otra ruta, fuimos y valió la pena, todo fue una espectáculo, sitios estupendo mi preferido fue la fábrica de 🍻🍺 disfrutas de una rica cerveza de frutas estupenda,con una vista supe genia.
Luego como a las 11 am llegamos de nuevo a la cuidad y nos preparamos para irnos
No podia dejar de comprar una plantas
Era imposible dejar pasar la tentación de comprar una plantas, compre una suculentas, un jade super raro y un captus
despedida
Luego nos despedimos de este sitio super maravilloso, bajamos por la ruta a Caracas, que la más recomendable es bella, mucho más cómodo y tiene más que ver, a nuestra ruta sumaba 1hora y 30 minutos de camino más a la cuenta pero valía la pena todo el recorrido y era más seguro.
Luego de una camino algo largo llegamos a nuestra casa con una de las mejores vacaciones que hemos pasado

Hello my dear friends of this community, I hope this year is of many successes and progresses in your life.
This time I want to tell you about the first trip of the year.
At the beginning of the year, my wife and I set goals to achieve, and we set a goal that was to know a different place in my country Venezuela 🇻🇪 every 2 months, which means that at the end of the year we should know 6 new places.
And well, we got off to a good start in 2023 and our first trip took place.
Preparations
As I told you we decided to go to a new place at least every 2 months, the goal is to visit 6 new places in Venezuela 🇻🇪 at the end of the year, so we started to plan, look at destinations, look for dates and start to square the destinations with our busy schedule.
Planning
You know that our time is limited, we have a demanding job, in my free time I teach courses, workshops, I write, I am a scout in short many but many responsibilities and work, so organizing ourselves to make this happen is a titanic task.
This year we took the first week of January off, partly because it is a week of little work and it is the most flexible for us.
Since it was a week we had to take advantage of it and make a long trip, since the other trips will be short due to the weather or we should take advantage of a holiday.
But this week was perfect.
Where to go?
We had to answer this question because we had to go to an attractive place that we did not know to take advantage of these days off, the first idea was Merida state a spectacular place, a cold climate that I love, special people, and even though my wife and I already know it we were going to go for the first time in our car, so we could go to visit places we had not known, but it was discarded, and is that in the state the fuel is scarce, so we could not go there to last 2 days in line for gas, unfortunately another time.
After meditating we thought about going instead of one place, why don't we go to 2 different places 😅.
The winners
After planning, looking at routes, squaring everything, looking for hotels and everything, it was decided:
Go to Puerto cabello and visit Isla Larga one of the best beaches in the country, that none of us knew, there we would stay one night and the next day we would change route and go to Colonia Tovar in Aragua, a cold mountainous environment as I like.
So we got down to work, after some shopping and preparing for the day we arrived.
Day of the trip
We left Barquisimeto on January 4th at 6 am, heading to Puerto cabello, despite not knowing much the road we went step by step, enjoying the road and our guide Google maps accompanied us, we arrived to Carabobo and then we entered to Puerto cabello, after several turns and several lost we arrived to the hotel.
The hotel is called Isla Larga in front of the passenger terminal, good facilities, low price with swimming pool.
We arrived to check in and go to a town about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, when we arrived there parked and then go to the pier to take you to Isla Grande.
Crystal clear waters, inclement sun, white sand everything perfect, we spent the day there and then we returned to the hotel.
Couldn't miss the swimming pool.
The return was mandatory to go to the hotel pool and enjoy a relaxing bath, where we were for a few hours we had a few drinks and then to the room we changed and rested the day 2 started early.
Day 2
Day 2 starts at 6 am, since we had to pick up and the destination was Colina Tovar after a 3 hour drive and some scary climbs we arrived to Colonia Tovar.
Lodging
We stayed in a super spectacular Cabaña with a great view and beautiful plants everywhere, without a doubt a very good choice, you can last a whole day taking spectacular pictures there.
We had to go out to see the town which is very small but quite beautiful, the square and the church are extremely beautiful, with a unique architecture the people are super friendly, a magical place.
Walks
Then we set out to do the rustic ride, the best thing about it I didn't drive hahaha 🤣🤣 that is worth a lot, they take you to historical sites, and tourist sites of the area it is also very informative, no doubt it is super recommended, if or if you must do it.
Plus you get to meet wonderful people like our group of friends, from different parts of Venezuela but we became friends on the tour
the night
The best is the night, because the temperature drops, and the city lights up, everything is a visual spectacle, all the Christmas lights, with the architecture of the city is super beautiful, walking around the city and see all that is priceless.
And for the cold hot drinks, you could not miss the coffee, and enjoy it there was also great, the night was super cold almost 8 degrees.
Day 3
Day 3 was our last day of adventures, so we went to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant, they serve you with typical costumes and you can choose variety in the menu, from typical food, to Creole breakfast with the respective coffee, delicious.
Last ride
Remember the rustic rides, well these have 2 routes, where they go to different places, we had already done one route, now we had another route, we went and it was worth it, everything was a show, great sites my favorite was the factory 🍻🍺 you enjoy a delicious fruit beer great, with a super cool view.
Then at about 11 am we arrived back to the city and got ready to leave.
*I couldn't help but buy a plant.
It was impossible to pass up the temptation to buy a plant, I bought a succulent, a super rare jade and a captus.
farewell
Then we said goodbye to this super wonderful place, we went down the route to Caracas, the most recommended is beautiful, much more comfortable and has more to see, our route added 1 hour and 30 minutes more to the bill but it was worth the whole journey and it was safer.
After a somewhat long drive we arrived home with one of the best vacations we have ever spent.
