It's a pleasure to see more and more people recognize that our right to free speech is often under attack by entities of malicious intent and standing up to defend their rights.
Under the United States Constitution, here where I'm at, we are granted the freedom of expression, under the 'First Amendment ' with few exceptions.
Those exclusions are for things like child pornography, real threats, slander, some commercial wordings and for some language deemed 'obscene'...
I'm not a fan of "Big Government" nor any size, which seeks to rule by force, yet I understand the need for establishment of certain 'rules' imposed upon the masses in an effort to protect the innocents.
Anyway... Since this post wasn't begun with an essay in mind about the U.S. Constitution, I'll spare you from me going on about it. Besides, I've been up all night again, reading and writing...I think I need a bit of sleep.
