Holding out these void arms

Reviling my dissatisfaction

For what reason did I envision it could be some other way

that I could have been content, dreams that is all it was,

Moms arms are not intended to be unfilled

I gaze toward the sky, tears filling my eyes,

Looking through the stars endeavoring to discover my heavenly attendant

The brightest star I scan for

Discovering it the main tear moves down my cheek

Recollections surge back of our brief timeframe together

Love thoroughly encasing my heart as I take a gander at that star

I know you are there child I will always remember

I can't come to acknowledge as I look that you are up until now

I would have snuggled and cherished you guarded you

Inside my arms holding you in a tight grasp

I will look these skies for you every night

Be that as it may, only until further notice need to abandon you in God's controlling light

Rest soundly my child one day my arms and heart will be full once more

As I go along with you and give all of you that was intended to be
